S. Serbia’s Tin Making Facility located in Sabac, with production units CPL, ETL and CL, produces its final products through the edge trimming, plating, cutting and packaging processes. The final product, tin plate in for of either coils or sheets, is then further processed for its end use, by the customer. Application: Tin plate product of U. S. Steel Serbia, relative to temper, size, tin coating weight and passivation process is used for various applications. It is used in Packaging Industry for production of cans applied in Food Industry as well as Chemical, Pharmaceutical and other industries. Tin plate coils: Batch Annealed (BA) materials: Gauge: 0.24 – 0.40 mm Width: 700 – 900 mm Continuous Annealed (CA) materials: Gauge: 0.22 – 0.40 mm Width: 700 – 1000 mm Inner diameter: 410 or 508 mm Outer diameter: 1.675 mm max Coil weight: 3 – 15 metric tons Tinplate cut to length: Batch Annealed (BA) materials: Gauge: 0.19 – 0.40 mm Width: 700 – 900 mm Length: 500 – 1150 mm Continuous Annealed (CA) materials: Gauge: 0.19 – 0.40 mm Width: 700 – 1000 mm Length: 500 – 1150 mm Bundle weight: 0.5 – 2.0 mt Quality Quality of tinplate products is in conformity with the EN 10202/01 standard and other world standards for this type of product.
