S. Steel Serbia's cold rolled products are produced at the continous automated 5-stand Tandem mill, which enables cold processing with maximum reductioin of 92% and rolling of strips of 0,19 mm of thickness, with the quaranteed quality of surface, shape and profile meeting world standards. TYPICAL END USE Low carbon steel products which meet needs for drawing and deep drawing quality. Structural steel products. Products from low carbon steel for enamelling. Black plate. COLD ROLLED COILS Thickness: 0.40-3.00 mm Width: 750-1500 mm Inside diameter: 420-750 mm Outside Diameter: 1800-2050 mm Weight: 15-20 t COLD ROLLED FULLHARD COILS Thickness: 0.50-2.00 mm Width: 750-1500 mm Inside Diameter: 508 and 750 mm Outside Diameter: max 2400 mm Weight: max 25 t BLACK PLATE IN COILS Thickness: 0.19-0.49 mm Width: 730-1050 mm Inside Diamter: 420 and 508 mm Outside Diameter: max. 1800 mm Weight: max. 15 t COLD ROLLED SHEET Thickness: 0.50-3.00 mm Width: 730-1500 mm Length: 800-4000 mm Weight: 2-6 t COLD ROLLED SLIT COILS Thickness: 0.40-3.00 mm Width: 200-600 mm Inside Diameter: 610-750 mm Outside Diameter: max. 1300 mm Weight: max 6 t Minimum and maximum thickness cannot be poduced in maximum widths. Sheet thickness depends on widths and strengths of steel. Ordering and contracting of the products is performed according to the standards shown in the tables for all ranges of quality.			RANGE OF SIZES Cold Rolled Coils and Cold Rolled Unannealed Coils - Thickness of strip:   For cold coils: 0.40-3.00 mm;   For cold rolled unannealed coils: 0.50-2.00 mm. - Thickness and the steel grade are interdependent. - Width 750-1500 mm. - Width and thickness are interdependent. Surface Quality * special service quality is guarenteed for wide strips in coils of max width 1250mm and thickness 1.25mm max. Coild weight is in this case limited to max. 15.0 t for deliveries of coils of special surface quality, we guarentee that 97% of the strip will have this surface quality, while on max. 3% of strip length the surface may be of normal quality. Surface finish (roughness) Weight inside and outside coil diameter *CRUWS - Cold Rolled Unannealed Coils   - Surface finish: coils are delivered oiled; unoiled surface must be     stipulated. The surface of cold rolled unannealed products is     covered with rolling emulsion.   - Condition of strip edge: Rolling, untrimmed edges. (Trimming is     carried out on the pciking line).   - Product making: self-adhesive labels and colours (various     combinations of shapes and colours).   - Delivery and packing: coils are delivered with horizontal axis, in     packing suitable for land and overseas transport. BLACK PLATE IN COILS - Thickness: 0.19-0.49 mm; - Width: 600-1050 mm; - Surface quality: A i B; - Surface finish: bright and smooth finish; - Coil ID: 420 i 508 mm; - Coil weight max. 15 t. - Product making: self-adhesive labels and colours (various combinations of shapes and colours). - Delivery and packing: Coils are delivered with eye to sky. The type of annealing, special oiling and packing to be agreed upon while contracting. COLD ROLLED SHEET Range of Sheet - Condition of edges: trimmed edges; - Package weight: 2.00 to 6.00 t for all qualities and sizes; - Mode of delivery: Standard, in packages on wooden pallets; - Surface quality, finish, and marking, the same as for cold rolled coils. COLD ROLLED SLIT COILS - Strip thickness: 0.40 - 3.00 mm; strip thickness and the steel grade   are interdependent; - Strip width: 200 - 600 mm; - Condition of edges: trimmed edges; - Inside diameter: 508, 610 i 750 mm; - Outside diameter: max. 1300 mm; - Weight: max: 6.00 t; - Surface quality, finish, and protection, making: the same as for cold rolled coils. PRODUCTS FROM CARBON STEEL OF DRAWING AND DEEP DRAWING QUALITY APPLICATION Cold rolled steels from this group are applied: - For car bodies and other parts cars and trucks in automotive industry. - For various parts of household applicance. - For various products in metal industry. - For metal covering, lacquering. PRODUCTS FROM STRUCTURAL STEEL APPLICATION - For various parts in machine-building industry; - For various parts in vehicle manufacturing industry; - For various structural parts in other branches of industry PRODUCTS FROM LOW CARBON STEEL OF ENAMELLING QUALITY APPLICATION - For production of cookers; washing machines, dish washers, in white goods industry; for production of various sanitary facilities; - In chemical industry; - For production of medical equipment, etc. *BA - Batch Annealing; CA - Continous Annealing APPLICATION - Primarily intended for metal coating. They are most widely applied in production of electrolytic tin plates, which are used for manufacturing of various thin tipes; - For other metal coatings (chromium, chromium oxid, zinc( and for lacquering; - Directly used for production of packaging material, in cable industry, electronics, etc.
